Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within five working days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP:

Pick up at our distribution centre is available Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm. Its great if you could let us know ahead of time when you plan to pick up.

HOME OFFICE PICK UP:

By appointment only. We can accommodate urgent and out of hours requests. There can be a minor delay if we need to collect items from our distribution centre first.

 

Basically, reach out if you need anything, we do our best to try and get you what you need and don't mind accommodating special / urgent requests when we can.
